Jewelry books are great sources for getting ideas for making your own jewelry pieces. These jewelry making books and magazines contain lots of 'how to make' articles and techniques on making the latest fashion jewelry.

To keep yourself updated and in touch with the fashion jewelry trends, you might like to subscribe to some popular jewelry magazines.

Usually, these magazines, for example the beads magazines; Bead & Button and Australian Beader, have monthly jewelry how-to projects for beginners up to more advanced jewelers. Lapidary is another magazine you might like to lay your hands on.
